We can do a room-only discount of £10, or a light-breakfast (tea/coffee, juice, cereal and toast) discount of £5. Both discounts are on a per person, per night basis if all room occupants take the same option.

Debit or credit card bookings are preferred, but we can also facilitate booking by cheque.

Please note we do add the credit card authoriser's 2% handling charge to your bill (there is no extra charge for debit cards).

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and 'no shows' will be charged for the full booking.
• Bookings cancelled with less than a week's notice will be charged for the first night and any subsequent nights when the room is not re-let.
• Bookings cancelled with less than one month's notice will be charged for the first night.
• For Edinburgh Festival (August) bookings, cancellations after 1st July will be charged for the first night and any subsequent nights where the room is not re-let.
• For New Year (Hogmanay) bookings, cancellations after 1st Nov will be charged for the first night and any subsequent nights where the room is not re-let.
